Why should I use conditioner on my hair?
It's as if after cleansing your face, you skip the moisturizer step, they are essential to bring hydration and softness to your hair. In the shower, the water will open your scales, it is then the ideal moment to be able to apply your conditioner. The scales being wide open, it is the perfect moment to apply your care because it will be able to penetrate deep into your hair fiber.
How to choose your conditioner?
Repairing, moisturizing, volumizing... There are loads of them! It is therefore difficult to be able to identify the product that corresponds to the needs of your hair. You must first define your hair type:
- Dry Hair: Fragile, brittle, and often dull. It needs hydration and a significant supply of nutrients.
- Oily Hair: Oily quickly, often with an oily scalp. They require lightweight products to avoid weighing them down.
- Normal Hair: Neither too dry nor too oily. They benefit from balanced care.
- Fine Hair: Little volume, often flat. They require products that add volume without weighing down and having a "sticky" effect.
- Textured Hair: Often dry, this hair requires intense hydration to define curls and prevent frizz.
Choosing your conditioner also depends on the treatments you give them on a daily basis: daily use of heat, bleaching and coloring, frequent washing, etc.
Depending on all these parameters, you can choose the conditioner that suits you.
